I am freelancing a design for a company. On the contract I am writing out, it asks if the client shall have exclusive or non-exclusive rights to the logo. Can someone explain to me what this means?
What are exclusive vs non-exclusive rights in design?
Will the company be the only company that can use the logo, or do you plan to let others use it as well? Usually, the company gets the rights to exclusively use the logo.
