How good of a chance do I have of getting a Graphic Design Job in Okinawa?

I'm graduating with my Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and moving to Okinawa, Japan. How good of a chance do you think I have of actually finding a graphic design job over there? I would consider myself a talented designer who is driven and reliable.

Well, obviously it would be helpful if you know the language, but I'm sure you have that covered.

Okinawa is an older part of Japan. Even if its modernization it's still a bit on the rural side, so finding more modern work such as graphic design can be a bit rough. I'm not saying it would impossible, but it would be more difficult.

Graphic design work is more plentiful in your larger prefectures like Tokyo and Shinjuku. If you can manage to relocate yourself to those areas you may have better luck with graphic design work, or at least have more options at your disposal.

In either case, I wish you luck. It's always nice to have another talented designer in the business. :)
