Got a project at college to design and build a conservatory . don't really know where to start. Guess it would be size, building regs and planning permission and the types of foundations. I would appreciate any help. Need to use CAD aswell to design it.

Suggest you log on to your local council web site look under building control/planning, this should give a guide to planning permissions and building regs required for conservatory.
As for other information on foundations there are plenty of web sites out there and you should have access to technical books from college or you could try wickes, they will have a leaflet on technical info which may help with how you want to present it on CAD
Reply:Go to B%26amp;Q and pick up all of the catalogues and free leaflets that you get.Pretty much all of the information that you will need will be there.
