What information will the project manager or client require from the design team before construction can be given the go ahead.

What information will the project manager or client require from the design team?
This may not be complete, but resources required....


I.E. Number of days to complete the design with a timeline (if it is part of the project), man-hours required to implement the design (if the design team is part of the implementation team), budget (unless finance deals with that), physical resources involved in the design (all types), Risks involved (state whether it is high or low and rank them).
